Porque el yoga est\u00e1 en todo.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"275\" data-end=\"523\">\u00daltimamente veo mucho en redes sociales una especie de \u201cbatalla\u201d donde se minimiza una pr\u00e1ctica frente a la otra. Pero la verdad es que ambas tienen beneficios incre\u00edbles. Y d\u00e9jame decirte algo importante desde ahora: no tienes que elegir solo una.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"525\" data-end=\"663\">\u00bfComes el mismo vegetal todos los d\u00edas? Probablemente no, porque estar\u00edas mal nutrido\/a. Lo mismo ocurre con el movimiento y el bienestar.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"665\" data-end=\"668\" \/>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1xym4a1\" data-start=\"670\" data-end=\"701\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"674\" data-end=\"701\">Mi experiencia personal<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"703\" data-end=\"858\">Mi pr\u00e1ctica de yoga va mucho m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de lo f\u00edsico. Es un espacio para nutrir mi alma y mi ser. Estar presente y respirar de forma consciente\u2026 eso es yoga.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"860\" data-end=\"1061\">La respiraci\u00f3n es yoga.<br data-start=\"883\" data-end=\"886\" \/>Tus acciones diarias hechas con plena presencia tambi\u00e9n son yoga.<br data-start=\"951\" data-end=\"954\" \/>El yoga es la pr\u00e1ctica de conectarte contigo mismo\/a en cualquier momento, desde un lugar de amor y unidad.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1063\" data-end=\"1197\">Por otro lado, practico Pilates con un prop\u00f3sito m\u00e1s atl\u00e9tico: fortalecer mi cuerpo, mejorarlo y apoyar la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de lesiones.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1199\" data-end=\"1395\">Y hay algo que tengo muy claro: no voy a dejar el yoga porque haya comenzado Pilates. No hay forma de comparar estas dos pr\u00e1cticas ni de reemplazar una por la otra. Hay much\u00edsima riqueza en ambas.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1397\" data-end=\"1400\" \/>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"9folgk\" data-start=\"1402\" data-end=\"1426\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"1406\" data-end=\"1426\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el yoga?<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1428\" data-end=\"1607\">El yoga es una pr\u00e1ctica antigua que une el cuerpo, la mente y la respiraci\u00f3n. M\u00e1s all\u00e1 del movimiento f\u00edsico, busca crear presencia, equilibrio interior y una conexi\u00f3n consciente.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1609\" data-end=\"1641\">En una clase de yoga trabajamos:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1643\" data-end=\"1701\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1b88xbt\" data-start=\"1643\" data-end=\"1659\">Flexibilidad<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1jroppz\" data-start=\"1660\" data-end=\"1670\">Fuerza<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1sm847l\" data-start=\"1671\" data-end=\"1686\">Respiraci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"11h0kem\" data-start=\"1687\" data-end=\"1701\">Relajaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1703\" data-end=\"1786\">Pero tambi\u00e9n aprendemos algo a\u00fan m\u00e1s valioso: escuchar el cuerpo y calmar la mente.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1788\" data-end=\"1791\" \/>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"hasdnm\" data-start=\"1793\" data-end=\"1820\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"1797\" data-end=\"1820\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el Pilates?<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1822\" data-end=\"1972\">El Pilates, por su parte, tiene un enfoque m\u00e1s f\u00edsico y t\u00e9cnico. Fue desarrollado para fortalecer el core, mejorar la postura y estabilizar el cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1974\" data-end=\"2001\">Sus movimientos suelen ser:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2003\" data-start=\"2777\" data-end=\"2780\" \/>Puedes vivir una vida basada en el yoga, incluso practicando otras disciplinas.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2861\" data-end=\"2934\">Porque el yoga va mucho m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de una hora de Hatha Yoga en un estudio.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2936\" data-end=\"2957\">Es una forma de vida.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2959\" data-end=\"2987\">Y te invito a
