L&rsquo;un de ces exercices que j&rsquo;ai pratiqu\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re extensive est appel\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a04-7-8 breathing\u00a0\u00bb (respiration 4-7-8).<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Trouvez une position assise confortable ou allongez-vous.<\/li>\n<li>Fermez les yeux et faites quelques respirations profondes pour d\u00e9tendre votre corps.<\/li>\n<li>Placez la pointe de votre langue contre le palais, juste derri\u00e8re vos dents de devant, et maintenez cette position tout au long de l&rsquo;exercice.<\/li>\n<li>Respirez silencieusement par le nez en comptant mentalement jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 4.<\/li>\n<li>Retenez votre souffle en comptant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 7.<\/li>\n<li>Expirez vigoureusement par la bouche en faisant un bruit de \u00ab\u00a0chhh\u00a0\u00bb en comptant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 8.<\/li>\n<li>Cela termine une respiration.
