Parce que le yoga est partout.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"300\" data-end=\"615\">Ces derniers temps, je vois beaucoup sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux une sorte de \u00ab bataille \u00bb o\u00f9 l\u2019on minimise une pratique par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019autre. Mais la v\u00e9rit\u00e9, c\u2019est que les deux offrent des bienfaits incroyables. Et laisse-moi te dire quelque chose d\u2019important d\u00e8s maintenant : tu n\u2019as pas besoin de choisir une seule.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"617\" data-end=\"758\">Manges-tu le m\u00eame l\u00e9gume tous les jours ? Probablement pas \u2014 car tu serais mal nourri(e). Il en va de m\u00eame pour le mouvement et le bien-\u00eatre.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"760\" data-end=\"763\" \/>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"it94ar\" data-start=\"765\" data-end=\"799\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"769\" data-end=\"799\">Mon exp\u00e9rience personnelle<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"801\" data-end=\"958\">Ma pratique du yoga va bien au-del\u00e0 du physique. C\u2019est un espace pour nourrir mon \u00e2me et mon \u00eatre. \u00catre pr\u00e9sente et respirer consciemment\u2026 c\u2019est \u00e7a, le yoga.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"960\" data-end=\"1173\">La respiration est du yoga.<br data-start=\"987\" data-end=\"990\" \/>Tes actions quotidiennes r\u00e9alis\u00e9es en pleine conscience sont aussi du yoga.<br data-start=\"1065\" data-end=\"1068\" \/>Le yoga est la pratique de se connecter \u00e0 soi-m\u00eame \u00e0 chaque instant, depuis un espace d\u2019amour et d\u2019unit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1175\" data-end=\"1324\">De l\u2019autre c\u00f4t\u00e9, je pratique le Pilates avec un objectif plus athl\u00e9tique : renforcer mon corps, l\u2019am\u00e9liorer et soutenir la r\u00e9\u00e9ducation des blessures.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1326\" data-end=\"1555\">Et une chose est claire pour moi : je ne vais pas arr\u00eater le yoga parce que j\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 le Pilates. Il est impossible de comparer ces deux pratiques ou de remplacer l\u2019une par l\u2019autre. Il y a tellement de richesse dans les deux.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1557\" data-end=\"1560\" \/>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"pz6tn9\" data-start=\"1562\" data-end=\"1593\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"1566\" data-end=\"1593\">Qu\u2019est-ce que le yoga ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1595\" data-end=\"1793\">Le yoga est une pratique ancienne qui unit le corps, l\u2019esprit et la respiration. Au-del\u00e0 du mouvement physique, il cherche \u00e0 cr\u00e9er de la pr\u00e9sence, un \u00e9quilibre int\u00e9rieur et une connexion consciente.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1795\" data-end=\"1832\">Dans un cours de yoga, on travaille :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1834\" data-end=\"1902\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1ie07m0\" data-start=\"1834\" data-end=\"1852\">La flexibilit\u00e9<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"3grxw8\" data-start=\"1853\" data-end=\"1865\">La force<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"jwjt5j\" data-start=\"1866\" data-end=\"1884\">La respiration<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1i6gjay\" data-start=\"1885\" data-end=\"1902\">La relaxation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1904\" data-end=\"2005\">Mais on apprend aussi quelque chose d\u2019encore plus pr\u00e9cieux : \u00e9couter son corps et apaiser son esprit.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2007\" data-end=\"2010\" \/>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"g3inw3\" data-start=\"2012\" data-end=\"2046\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"2016\" data-end=\"2046\">Qu\u2019est-ce que le Pilates ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2048\" data-end=\"2226\">Le Pilates, quant \u00e0 lui, a une approche plus physique et technique. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 pour renforcer le centre du corps (le \u201ccore\u201d), am\u00e9liorer la posture et stabiliser le corps.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2228\" data-end=\"2262\">Ses besoin de choisir<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2854\" data-end=\"2936\">Comme je l\u2019ai dit auparavant, tu n\u2019as pas besoin de choisir entre l\u2019un ou l\u2019autre.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2938\" data-end=\"3199\">Tu peux faire du Pilates et le compl\u00e9ter avec du yoga.<br data-start=\"2992\" data-end=\"2995\" \/>Tu peux pratiquer des exercices de respiration (qui sont aussi du yoga) tout en renfor\u00e7ant ton corps gr\u00e2ce au Pilates.<br data-start=\"3113\" data-end=\"3116\" \/>Tu peux vivre une vie ancr\u00e9e dans le yoga, tout en pratiquant d\u2019autres disciplines.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3201\" data-end=\"3276\">Parce que le yoga va bien au-del\u00e0 d\u2019une heure de Hatha Yoga dans un studio.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3278\" data-end=\"3305\">C\u2019est une mani\u00e8re de vivre.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3307\" data-end=\"3339\">Et je t\u2019invite \u00e0 la d\u00e9couvrir.
