Yoga is a wonderful alternative to maintain health. It is known for its effects on flexibility and strength but I have to highlight the power of some yoga postures in helping to stimulate our hormones.

1- Bridge Pose (Setu Bandhasana):

Helps to stimulate the thyroid and improves blood circulation in the neck region.

2- Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana)

Stimulates the thyroid gland and helps relieve stress, which can benefit hormonal health.

3- Fish Pose (Matsyasana)

Stimulates the thyroid gland and relieves tension in the shoulders and neck.

4- Plow Pose (Halasana)

Stimulates the thyroid and strengthens the abdominal organs.

Helps to calm the nervous system and may be beneficial in reducing stress, which can impact hormones.
